Development interns have an essential role in supporting the creation and execution of strategies to enhance InReach’s efforts to meet critical financial goals. With clear, direct strategic guidance from the Development Director, they help implement activities to secure donors and contributions in support of the organizationʼs immediate and long-term goals and funding needs. As a team, they help cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, grow the organization's individual giving, renewed giving, recurring and major gifts, institutional support programs, and special events. In collaboration with the social media and marketing teams, they help create communications collateral to support fundraising efforts, such as messaging for newsletters, email updates, social media posts, and website content.
