Bram was born in Western Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University, where he studied Human Resources Management and Labor and Employment Relations. He currently lives in New York with his eight-year-old rescue cat, Harper. Previously, Bram specialized in people operations and employee relations at several NYC tech firms and is currently a People Business Partner at Harry’s, Inc, where he also serves on the leadership team of the Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG). In his career, he has witnessed the difficulties faced by those seeking employment visa sponsorship. Bram is committed to ensuring the right of everyone to come to work as their authentic self. He looks forward to serving on this board that provides essential services to those in most need.
