Courteney Leinonen is a legal assistant with the ACLU’s National Security Project. Prior to joining the ACLU, Courteney was an immigration legal assistant with a private law firm based in Philadelphia. Courteney has experience working with U.S. and U.K. based non-profits.
She graduated magna cum laude from the War Studies Department at King’s College London where she earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations. Courteney also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, Spanish, and International Studies from Indiana University-Bloomington.
