Morgan Bass Roper is a senior People, Talent, and Culture leader with deep experience driving enterprise talent strategy, strategic programming, and leadership development in global organizations. She currently serves as Director and Global Head of Early Careers Recruiting and Strategic Programming at BNY, where she partners with senior leadership to transform early-career talent strategy aligned to the firm’s Platforms Operating Model while leading global programming that strengthens culture, engagement, and leadership development.

In this role, Morgan oversees a global recruiting organization responsible for hiring approximately 1,200 early-career analysts and interns annually, while also owning firmwide ERG strategy, enterprise volunteer engagement, and key external partnerships. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at BNY and led equity-focused initiatives at Education Reform Now, with earlier experience across events, marketing, and community programming in media, sports, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a BA in English and Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania and is known for combining strategic rigor with a deeply human approach to leadership and culture.
