Oleg is a Senior Private Equity Associate at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm. He focuses on investments in the Financial Services & Technology space, and is a board observer for Allspring, CAPTRUST and Ultimus Fund Solutions. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Diversified Industries group at J.P. Morgan focusing on advising companies in Business Services and Industrial Sectors.

He serves on GTCR’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Council and has been actively involved in recruiting and mentorship of LGBTQ+ talent throughout his career. Oleg has also continued his involvement with the educational missions of the Northern Illinois University where he graduated with University Honors and Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Finance, BS in Economics, and a minor in Statistics. Oleg is passionate about human rights advocacy and international education and brings his life experiences as a gay asylee from Russia to propel InReach mission.
