Missed the 2025 deadline? Don’t worry—if you have engineering or coding experience, we are still accepting applications on a rolling basis for young professionals with these valuable skills. Please fill out the online application form below!

About the YPB Program
The InReach Young Professionals Board (YPB) is a network of service-minded LGBTQ+ and allied young professionals investing their time to develop, expand and promote InReach in their local communities. Our goal is to build a movement and mobilize thousands of young professionals across North America to serve as ambassadors in their communities for the world’s first open source platform matching LGBTQ+ people facing persecution or discrimination with safe, verified resources.
Our 2025 Young Professionals Board has 3 in-person chapters (NYC Metro Area, DC Metro Area, San Francisco Bay Area) and a fully remote option open to young professionals living anywhere in North America.
