Despite the rise in harnessing technology to tackle pressing social issues, the LGBTQ+ movement has lacked a scalable, technologically advanced, holistic resource platform. The need has only increased with the recent surge in anti-LGBTQ+ laws taking effect across the United States. Too many local and state LGBTQ+ organizations have had to decide whether they have the capacity and/or the network to create and maintain their own resource lists to respond to their constituents’ growing demand for safe resources. With proper funding and increased visibility, InReach is poised to fill this gap and produce systemic change for our diverse community.
InReach is increasing our presence in local communities across the United States. We are seeking the support of local service providers working with LGBTQ+ clients to help to secure the support necessary to expand our free technology in your area. Together, we can ensure that every LGTBQ+ person has on-demand access to the safe, affirming resources they need to thrive.
