Asha’s path to InReach is driven by her commitment to building inclusive communities and advancing equity. Growing up between New Jersey and Brooklyn, Asha was shaped by her parents’ involvement in the vibrant NYC LGBTQ+ scene, which instilled in her a lifelong passion for celebrating authenticity and empowering marginalized voices.
Now based in New Orleans, Asha focuses on creating meaningful connections between people, technology, and purpose. As a product manager at PwC, her professional work centers on solving complex challenges with creativity and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Asha’s belief in innovation as a tool for inclusion underpins her dedication to ensuring that technology serves as a force for good.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Asha is an artist inspired by the intersection of sports, texture, and human connection. She is also a lifelong learner, currently studying Levantine Arabic to deepen her cultural understanding and global perspective.
Within PwC, Asha is an active member of the Black Inclusion Network’s Technologists group, where she champions initiatives to amplify underrepresented voices and create pathways for equity in the tech space. Her efforts reflect her dedication to fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are celebrated and opportunities are accessible to all.
Asha graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a BA in Visual Studies and Architecture. She aspires to merge her passions for business and international relations to drive impactful, cross-disciplinary solutions on a global scale.
