Carly Rhodes is the Operations Coordinator for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee + Affiliates. Before coming to her current role, she worked for other non-profits focusing on veteran support, as well as decreasing stigmas around substance use disorder. Carly earned her Associates of Arts from Clark Community College in 2020, while simultaneously graduating high school, and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from George Washington University in 2022.

Carly specializes in all things operations, whether it be supporting events and retreats, assisting in recruitment and hiring new employees, office management, and more. She hopes to grow her career in the operations realm for non-profits, specifically pursuing specialization in recruitment and hiring.

She is currently based in Washington, DC, but she is originally from the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring coffee shops around DC, and playing with her two cats, Clementine and Juniper.
