Nick is an executive and leadership coach with over two decades of experience guiding leaders and teams toward realizing their full potential. He recently founded New Kind Consulting, leveraging his extensive background in tech and retail to offer specialized coaching and consulting services. His passion for coaching leaders is rooted in his diverse experience and commitment to fostering growth and development in both individuals and organizations.
Prior to establishing his own company, Nick held leadership positions at Apple and Nordstrom focused on HR strategy, Retail operations and Field leadership.
Nick actively volunteers at the LGBT center in San Francisco, contributing his skills and time to support the community.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. Originally from Utah, he now resides in Oakland, California, with his partner Jon and their mini schnauzer, Kengo.
