Young Professionals Board Chapter: San Francisco, CA Chapter
Years Served on Young Professionals Board: 2025
Nolan Nash (they/them) is a self-taught software engineer and web developer with expertise spanning web development, networking, and cloud technologies. Their diverse technical background and solution-focused approach enables them to tackle complex challenges with creative and effective results.
Having transplanted to the Bay Area from Seattle, Washington nearly two years ago, Nolan brings unique experience to their work. Before diving into the world of coding, they used to throw fish at the world famous Pike Place Fish Market. When not turning coffee into code, they can be found exploring Bay Area bike trails, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, or creating handmade items through crochet. Their two cats provide critical quality assurance by walking across keyboards at key development moments.
Nolan is passionate about leveraging technology to create more accessible solutions for LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities, bringing both technical skills and genuine compassion to their work.
