River Holley is a dedicated Diversity, Belonging & Inclusion Strategist at AMD, where he champions equity and inclusivity both within the organization and in the broader community. His role entails spearheading global strategic planning initiatives for diversity, belonging & inclusion, as well as fostering the growth and impact of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). A notable contribution of his was the establishment and facilitation of a global unconscious bias workshop, empowering employees to proactively cultivate essential skills that challenge societal preconceptions. He is driven by a fervent commitment to normalize authenticity within corporate environments. Recognizing that our identities are multifaceted and interconnected, he firmly believes in not just acknowledging but embracing these diverse aspects. This principle guides his approach to both personal and professional realms, fostering an inclusive and thriving environment.
