Robert Middlekauff is a Sr Software Engineer for McKinsey & Co who has advocated for many different causes while he has been a resident of Chicago since 2014. He has volunteered for Chicago 350, founded a chapter for FairVote, and founded the LGBT ERG for his former employer GHX. While at GHX, he led an initiative to add non-binary genders to GHX’s HRIS. He is excited to bring together his organizing and professional skills to InReach.
