InReach provides the worldโ€™s first tech resource platform designed to facilitate the safe navigation of LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and other LGBTQ+ people fleeing persecution. Since launching in 2016, InReach’s free web and mobile resource platform has made over 140,000 matches between LGBTQ+ people fleeing persecution (including asylum seekers, refugees, undocumented immigrants and homeless youth) and independently verified safe legal, medical, mental health and social service providers. InReach’s free technology is currently available in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Founded in 1990, Housing Works is a healing community of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Their mission is to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain their efforts. Housing Works Community Healthcare operates clinics throughout New York City which open their doors to all in need of care, regardless of immigration status, insurance, or ability to pay. Housing Works provides high-quality integrated medical care including mental health and substance use support, housing, legal assistance, job training, and other essential services to over 12,000 low-income New Yorkers each year.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
