How to Use Our Free Resource Platform to Support Ukraine’s LGBTQ+ community

LGBTQ+ Ukrainians are in danger after Russia’s invasion. Russia has a long history of persecuting LGBTQ+ people. At AsylumConnect, we believe every LGBTQ+ person deserves the freedom to live authentically. We stand with Ukraine’s LGBTQ+ community.

“In Russia, LGBTQ people are persecuted. If we imagine that Russia occupies all of the Ukraine or just a big part of the country, they won’t allow us to exist peacefully and to fight for our rights as we are able to do that in Ukraine right now.”

– An 18-year-old law student in Kharkiv in CBS News
