Sean is a Operating Partner at Kupanda Capital, a venture builder established to create, capitalize, and scale pan-African companies. In that capacity, he has helped to launch multiple companies including Fraym, a geospatial data company, and Nithio, an AI-enabled financing platform for the off-grid solar sector in Africa.

Sean attended the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Government. As a member of the leadership committee of Freedom to Marry’s Young Conservatives initiative, Sean advocated for the legal recognition of same-sex marriage across the country. He has been published and commented in pieces in The Daily Beast, POLITICO, Yahoo News, The Advocate and NewsMax.

Prior to joining the board, Sean served as the volunteer Chief Financial Officer of AsylumConnect in 2015-2016.
